What locations can I return Spectrum equipment to? ›

Yes, you can return your Spectrum equipment to any Spectrum Store. You can also return your equipment by bringing it to a UPS Store during store hours. The UPS Store will take care of the rest. If you can't visit a UPS or Spectrum store, you can request a Home Shipment Return Kit by contacting Spectrum.

You're responsible for returning modems, routers, Spectrum receivers and any auxiliary equipment provided by Spectrum. You're not required to return any remotes or cables that came with your equipment. Note: You'll need to contact us prior to returning your equipment. Please call (833) 267- 6094.

We'll replace your remote if it's not working properly. Bring your old remote to your local Spectrum store for a replacement.

To return or exchange a Mobile Device purchased online or over the phone from Spectrum that Spectrum directly mails to your address, you have fourteen (14) days from the date of shipping to initiate a return. Call Spectrum at (833) 224-6603 to request a return authorization and instructions for returning the device.

Note: The only way to discontinue service is by calling (833) 267-6094.

You can easily return your old equipment by bringing it to any The UPS Store location. Advise The UPS Store center associate that you're returning Spectrum equipment, and they'll package and ship it to Spectrum at no cost to you. Remember to save your receipt for tracking purposes.
