@comcastcares I just had new service installed and set up yesterday. The technician was all around great but he left the line outside hanging abnormally low over my yard. I have a young child that loves to swing things and play, but I'm concerned for her safety. Please fix.

@comcastcares @xfinity is a joke! I’m paying for 250 Mbps but getting only 20 Mbps or LESS for MONTHS now!! This is AFTER a tech came out! Now they want to charge me $75 to have another tech come out!!! I will be switching ASAP!!! Worse customer service ever!!!

@imranzomg It’s astonishing. I got a clean 200 down / 200 up with Verizon in my last apartment. But moving back to a place where Xfinity has a monopoly again. And what do you know, uploads suck and I have a data cap.
